Jenn had spent years behind the bar, so meeting someone there wasn’t exactly part of the plan. But one night, she walked in for her shift and Evan was sitting at the bar.

Jenn noticed him and somehow just knew that something about him already felt like hers. Evan had already come to the same conclusion.

He kept coming back. For the company and drinks, obviously. Jenn let him.

Some people meet online. We met the old-fashioned way.

One visit turned into a few, a few turned into something consistent and eventually, we started dating.

And now, here we are, ready for the next chapter and so excited to celebrate it with all of you.

Our special day begins in the piazza at
2:30 PM with an aperitif before the ceremony.
Following the ceremony, guests are invited to enjoy cocktail hour in the outdoor piazza before joining us in the Grand Ballroom for dinner and dancing.
Kindly note that both the ceremony and reception will take place at The Italian Cultural Centre

Our special day begins in the piazza at 2:30 PM with an aperitif before the ceremony.

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM indoors. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 2:30 PM to be seated by 2:45 PM.

Cocktails and canapés will follow outdoors in the piazza.

CEREMONY & COCKTAIL HOUR

DINNER & TOASTS

Guests will be invited back indoors for a traditional Italian dinner, followed by speeches and, in true Italian fashion, plenty of dessert.

DANCING & CELEBRATION

After dinner, speeches, and dessert, the celebration continues with live music and dancing, so be sure to bring your dancing shoes.

We have reserved a limited room block for guests at Delta Hotels Burnaby Conference Centre, located next to the Grand Villa Casino for August 28 and August 29, 2026. The discounted room rate is available until July 28, 2026 and rooms are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Our venue is located in East Vancouver, giving guests the flexibility to choose other accommodations throughout the city while still staying conveniently close to our wedding celebrations.

Planning Your Arrival:

Please note that standard hotel check-in times are typically 3:00–4:00 PM, which coinciding with the start of our ceremony.

To ensure a relaxed and timely arrival, we recommend arranging early check-in, arriving the day prior, or preparing in advance.

Uber and taxis are readily available throughout the Burnaby and Vancouver area.
Our venue offers plenty of complimentary parking for guests who will be driving.

Our venue allows overnight parking, so we encourage guests to enjoy the evening and arrange for an Uber or taxi home if needed.

What Time should we arrive?

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 2:30 PM to enjoy a glass of champagne before the ceremony. Guests will be seated by 2:45 PM, with our ceremony beginning promptly at 3:00 PM.

Once the procession begins, seating will be paused to ensure an uninterrupted ceremony.

Can i bring my kids or a plus one?

While we love your families, we have chosen to host an adults-only wedding. Our guest list has been thoughtfully curated, and we kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend. Thank you for understanding.
